Oh, forgot to say, no miracle cream in Aldi today. I asked for it and was told that it all went in less than 5 minutes yesterday

I'm not surprised - I went to Aldi just after 10am yesterday morning as I wanted some fruit & veg but I couldn't even get in the car park as cars were queuing way out onto the road at both entrances. Total gridlock and loads of very ratty drivers. I've never ever seen it like that before so I guess most were after the cream.

M list is now updated (there wasn't much, thankfully:rotfl:). But, saying that, there are some 'interesting' new entries on there so have a look. Main ones expiring were the Peperami and the drinks packs - being changed to another pack size in M. Last time, you could have had Stella 18x440ml pack at £10 or 20x284ml at £14:eek::rotfl:!

D'you know the Silvo Wadding that's been on there at 48p for M for probably two or three months now? I have never yet in all that time seen any stock of the product in M. It's also only got any evidence of it in one of my M stores. I bet this is a case of the employees at the M, who are very likely to be mainly or exclusively neurotypical, failing to notice the SEL still left on the shelving and me picking up every time what they don't notice! Let's face it - the vast majority of people go to work for socialisation, they don't go to do work and ignore their colleagues and appear to be anti-social whilst in fact working quietly and getting on with the job in a complete and efficient manner:rotfl:. They're social human beings, they need the functional use of social contact. (Actually, I am quite social and easy to get on with once you get to know me one-to-one - I can talk to a group of people but, trouble is, they all start being attracted to each other by body language connection links and talking among themselves then whilst inadvertently ignoring me and me unable to get in edgeways as I can't tell when to interrupt ad have to wait for them to stop speaking words but which time the conversation has ended and moved to another (random) topic with me, belatedly and now boringly, wanting to input on what they have just finished totally with.)

Right - Kale 200g down to 80p in M but not making it to the list (nowhere near as good as previous T at 50p). SP Cornflakes equivalent may be of interest as gone down to 26p in M - however it seems to continue best vs Sains. (of all places:rotfl:) at 25p. And, not making it, Birds Eye 4 pack Beef Burgers are £1 according to the freezers pricing - or £2.49 everyday low price on the main aisle indication!(:rotfl:)

    According to msm:

    Stella Artois (18x440ml)

    [Strike]£15.00[/Strike] £14.00
    in M.

Really? This was £10 last Wednesday in M.
May have gone up to £15 in the meantime - and could not been there for a consecutive 2 weeks in between. (They could argue that they do not have to be at £15 for the last two weeks under the Pricing Practices code, instead just that they have to have 'established' the product at £15 at some previous time. It's all grey areas. However, doesn't the previous price have to be the immediately previous price unless stated that it is not?) Obviously 'was £15' means a price increase from £10 to £14!

As far as I know, this was £10 last midweek. Or was it week before? Keeping trying to confuse me (at one stage - last week or week before - they brought out (to the prominent offer aisles at the front of the store) a pack size of some drinks - I forget which ones now - could have been Stella or Strongbow or could have been another - that looked the same and was put at same offer price as the same brand ones of the previous week but was much lower volume per can, whilst the bigger volume packs went back up in price and back into the regular aisles - the casual shopper, who may have seen the bigger volume on offer price the previous week, could have bought the similar pack size but much lower volume the week later, thinking they were getting the previous more much litres ones at the same price. This got reflected on the list by the higher volume being crossed out and the smaller volume ones never appeared). On the Stella being £15, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not convinced.
