Shocking news about the bus crashing into S in Coventry last night killing a pedestrian and an eight year old boy passenger. As everyone is often in supermarkets it does bring it home how something so normal can end in tragedy in a split second .

It is my diet where I am trying to change from unhealthy lunches of sandwiches, biscuits & cake to a carton of soup & fresh fruit which should be more filling and less calories. Just calorie cutting back really. Unsure if it will work but would like to loose 17lbs by Xmas. It is also very msm at the minute & good for cold days.
