I have just booked to go on a Nile River Cruise with a friend at the end of February ...something that was on my Bucket List;)so something to look forward to in the New Year.

Has anyone ever made and jarred caramelised onions? bit slow on the uptake but bought some for 1st time the other day and bloody hell its gorgeous with cheese and crackers :eek:
Never made it but love caramelised onion chutney. Lush on cheese and crackers.
