Think I'll risk another day in sandals:)
Wondering what Sloppy special I'll miss today:o
I've revised my weekly target down to £4 pw but reckon I'm more than making up for it in Nectar points:). I spent a while last night on live chat to them discussing points I haven't received, just to realise it's the ones that take up to 28 days to appear:o
I think even £4 a week now on Shopotize is a bit of a challenge - all I managed to do last week was the cans of soup.
last month I drew down £22 - 4 draw downs, a nice significant number but this month I am not even anywhere near £4 on either.
but as you say one door closes, another opens and nectar are keeping us fully occupied at the moment.
This week we should all have had the 500 bonus points added - if you took part in the Pizza express or cinema double up you got awarded 500 bonus points just for activating in an email. This was actually slightly over the 28 days and I'd forgotten about it.
We went to Sainsbobs yesterday and all of the till spits seem to be bonus points for various items, loads left in trolleys - I suppose if you have conditional spends and brand matches they would be useful. Anyway I am going over to PTS to put a list on the giveaway thread incase someone can use them.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Good morning all, been raining here overnight.
I have been looking to replace my bike, but really cannot make up my mind. I could have a flash one if I wanted but the last thing I want to do is spend a lot of money on a nice one that looks worth pinching! At the moment my one is 12 years old, the bearings are going, the cogs are going (for the second time!) and it is generally looking a bit run down. I tend to park it next to flash ones so it looks worse and no-one will try to nick it! I think this is going to be worse than trying to choose a smartphone, which I still have not managed.
I think I would have trouble deciding whether to procrastinate or not at the moment :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

They are looking decidedly scruffy and I had hoped I might be able to replace them for this winter but a car service, MOT and small repair yesterday have left me £500 lighter  so the Uggs live to fight another day. I have had them since 2009, so they've not done too badly.
I don't think I've ever got 6 years out of boots so your boots have been really good value - I would imagine that they also now have some sentimental value, places you have been and things you have done in them.
I've got sandals like that but until I find an identical pair to take their place I cant put the ancient down trodden pair into the shoe recycling bin“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Damn, my work pc wont allow the coupon printer software...is it possible on your phone to email yourself a coupon?0 -
Has anyone bought the sloe gin from A recently? TIALife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Have to admit I like Giant, but really after a hybrid, it gets used mainly on the road but some off road, hybrid just seems to suit me
Shall have a better look on there later.
What I am hoping to do is find somewhere with a load of bikes in stock so I can try them out. Find out what I want then find the best price. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
