I know you can - but its the online lot that have diddled me ! The instore people did the refund on their little handheld machine when I collected the order. But it didn't appear back in my bank account. I mentioned it to the same assistant when I collected my following weeks order and he volunteered to chase it up for me - he called South Africa and phoned me to tell me that they told him it had been done already. I gave him my details from the collection note and the debits/credits on my bank account to show that I had not got the refund and he phoned them back again. They promised him it would be in my account by last weekend but I still haven't got it.
The issue seems to revolve around their new system for taking the full order amount and then crediting any evouchers used - it confuses them and the customer can't easily see exactly whats what. They won't be able to do it to me again as I will get all refunds instore at CS !
Its fun having to chase them for money.. last week they took £212 off the credit card and refunded me £69.50 back.. and not the £210 they owed me.. but a couple of emails sort it.0 -
I only managed 8 candles and 6 of the JF but I do have a few candles from a few weeks ago too:D

Stupid me bought a load of mulled wines but they didnt work so they went back for a refund..0 -

Hello hello....we're all doing well thanks, just back from a little holiday in Holland where my eldest DD went down with glandular fever (def not to be recommended )but she's doing much better now.
