Honestly it doesn't matter what price.com shows all that matters is the scanning price instore.
I take it your not trying to do a online shop?

I know you can - but its the online lot that have diddled me ! The instore people did the refund on their little handheld machine when I collected the order. But it didn't appear back in my bank account. I mentioned it to the same assistant when I collected my following weeks order and he volunteered to chase it up for me - he called South Africa and phoned me to tell me that they told him it had been done already. I gave him my details from the collection note and the debits/credits on my bank account to show that I had not got the refund and he phoned them back again. They promised him it would be in my account by last weekend but I still haven't got it.

The issue seems to revolve around their new system for taking the full order amount and then crediting any evouchers used - it confuses them and the customer can't easily see exactly whats what. They won't be able to do it to me again as I will get all refunds instore at CS !

Its fun having to chase them for money.. last week they took £212 off the credit card and refunded me £69.50 back.. and not the £210 they owed me.. but a couple of emails sort it.
  • I only managed 8 candles and 6 of the JF but I do have a few candles from a few weeks ago too:D

So hopefully can build up to the 90 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Have u checked your online account yourself. The same happened to me last week. I gave back 2 udi's and some onions and requested a refund. The bloke at the C&C said he had done it but I only got notification that the 80p from the onions was refunded. I checked in my orders online and the 2 udi's were shown as collected so I requested a refund myself and Ive now got an email to say the £5.80 from those 2 udi's has been refunded

    Dee, I think it worked..

    A v S

2x Simple Kind To Skin Hydrating Light Moisturiser (125ML) £7.98 £4.00
    1x Sure Women Cotton Aerosol Anti-Perspirant Deodorant (250ML) £3.29 £2.00

£5.79 on a £6 spend. but I did get £5.41 APG but made a error with this

    4x Domestos Original Power Bleach (750ML) £4.00 £5.00

Only because I needed something to pay with a voucher.. so maybe I would have got £1 more?

Do they not ask you why you are returning stuff, are you not recognised at the return desk now?
