Honestly it doesn't matter what price.com shows all that matters is the scanning price instore.

I know you can - but its the online lot that have diddled me ! The instore people did the refund on their little handheld machine when I collected the order. But it didn't appear back in my bank account. I mentioned it to the same assistant when I collected my following weeks order and he volunteered to chase it up for me - he called South Africa and phoned me to tell me that they told him it had been done already. I gave him my details from the collection note and the debits/credits on my bank account to show that I had not got the refund and he phoned them back again. They promised him it would be in my account by last weekend but I still haven't got it.

The issue seems to revolve around their new system for taking the full order amount and then crediting any evouchers used - it confuses them and the customer can't easily see exactly whats what. They won't be able to do it to me again as I will get all refunds instore at CS !

Mostly in 8's and 10's I got loads of JF stuff.. but only posted this to show the scot that I will beat him every time haha I dont mind spending £20 evouchers and when its over I just feed it back to a g/c then on the next glitch ill have g/c ready
