I see that they have received a lot of flack on FB to this new approach and they are reviewing it for next week (though they do say some offers are limited, which is fair enough if there is a certain budget/number of vouchers, it is how they implement it effectively which is the issue).
Anyone remember when MyS brought in cashback and within a short while they made a right mess of it, with offers appearing and disappering so that you lost confidence in buying any items for fear the cashback would disappear before you uploaded the receipt? This is looking familiar ....
From what Shopit have posted, if it is no longer available but showing a %, it means people have opted in to the deal but haven't uploaded their receipt yet. If that is the case, it may be worth checking on the day offers are released and opening/claiming the offers you are interested in as that "appears" to keep it available for you?

"As you have noticed, this week's voucher code has been capped and reached it's limit very quickly. We’ve introduced capped offers so we can bring you a better selection of offers with higher rewards as we improve our business to serve you. We’re always learning what’s the best way to do this so that all active members can have relatively equal benefits although we might not get it right every time.
Following an overwhelming response, the voucher code is clearly a lot more popular than we had originally understood and we've definitely taken that in particular on board for offers in future weeks.
I completely understand your frustration, and we appreciate your kind understanding that in order for Shopitize to be a sustainable business and bring more offers to you, some of the offers must be capped. We're really very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We've had a lot of feedback about the capped offers this week, so we're reviewing how best we can release the offers next week - we hope that next week's offers will be less disappointing for our users.

I would image its a lot quieter in the Shopotize office this week, less people uploading receipts, possibly messaging with problems, having to answer queries, having to send receipts for review when the snap didn't work
And most certainly less people getting to the £4 level to do withdrawals
COS seems to have gone very quiet again, nothing interesting for weeks since the 5p a receipt weeks“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
