Still bitter about the case I got today....but I am sure I will get over it. Cider making this weekend so all excited
I was frightened I was going to break them when I washed them for first use. The are thin glass and stems can't see them holding out for long in this house. :rotfl:
I saw your list of today's case, sorry your luck was not in.
Now if you lived in the south of france I would be able to help you out with your cider making we have loads of apples. And I could even attempt wine making this year by looks of grape vine, will try and do some pics before we pick them. One early apple tree already harvested before I went away but it's not a keeper. We even have decent pears this year. :T0 -
£5 has been the price for twin packs and 550g single packs. I think rrp for 350g is £3 or £4 (to enable the constant offer merrygoround of half price, 2 for £6 etc).

I know, but we checked the barcode of the mature, and it matched. I bet it will be back on offer by the end of the week!100 -
More to the point, when do they add the points?
My points have gone on for now but I had other things on my order so I canceled everything - annoyed with them having it in store but telling me it was not in stock
So I am waiting for my refund to go back into my account and then I expect it will correct itself - my Sainsburys Amex card does the same, removes points after refunds“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Hmmm, well if your apples down there arnt harvested already, perhaps I am doing it a little early, just want to get them before they all drop and get eaten.
My friend was meant to be giving me 2 bins full of apples, but they chopped their tree down instead, , so just hope I get enough from my trees.
I will have to post pics of my grapes, they are looking great....oh damn, forgot to water toms today!“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

May be old news that I haven't caught up with and read, I don't know. Are we sure about the Kellogg's snack bars (our favourite Rice Krispies and Frosties again:D, but apparently not the Coco Pops as they show £1:() - they are showing £1.98 online: are they really straight £1.98 or are they 2 for £3 (in A)? Currently 3 for £3 in T, and straight £1 in M (but not sure when they went onto that price there).0

They are starting to drop, Mr TS never picks anything until last minute.
We can compare bunches.
I'm off to bed now, I just had a little cat nap, I don't want to find myself still on sofa in the morning.

There's still a bit of updating of the M list to do, but I'll get that done hopefully tomorrow night (or I mean tonight, as in Thursday night:D).
It's like doing the whole of the first (main) store price collection a second time:((). Actually, it's "worse" - it takes longer to put the info. onto here than it does in the store in the first place(:rotfl::rotfl:). So do bear with me if I become 'weary', as my interest does wane coming onto here as, in effect, doing the whole thing again later the same day.
Oh well, I don't mind:rotfl:. See you later!:wave:0 -
Vanilla twist. What. MSc ship please. looking at booking MSc for next year 3 weeks on sinfonia.. Was there lots of extra. Charges though. Glad you enjoyed if
It was the Fantasia.
We did pay out for the drinks package, not the top one that included mini bar and room service but it did include all the drinks we wanted plus ice cream. Add to package via travel agent then you save the 15% service charge on it. Lots of other drinks packages including a soft drinks one and a beer only one.
The drinks package paid for itself easily. They were nice at the bars and gave us cans of soft drinks to take back to the room. These were also used on trips. If we wanted bottled water we ordered at lunch and took rest of bottle back to N's mini bar:rotfl:
Only money we paid out on ship were the 2 extra trips we decided to do and the week in a cabana on the over 18 deck which was really worth its money. No playing sardines by the kids pools. We also asked for the daily service charge to be removed from the bill and we gave a tip to those who served us well. @£11.98 a night for the cabin this was a really good saving.
Nothing to spend money on really.
I would like to take N on a more formal cruise next time. The type where you get teapots with afternoon tea. Our ship had machines for hot drinks and afternoon tea was served in the buffet area. Also no lectures or port lectures to attend and no creative classes. Not time for these on a one week cruise but nice on longer ones especially the port lectures.
Food in dining rooms was superb as was the service but we stuck to 3 courses not the many on offer.
I don't think msc is very good for English speaking kids if the want to use the club's. Spoke to someone and she said her dd watched Italian cartoons all the time. She said Celebrity ships were better for kids.
Already planning next year's trip:)

Sorry about my Udi's RIP statement. I'd read on here & elsewhere that they had stopped. It has been a week or more now they've been unavailable. They are no longer on my T's & haven't been for over a week. I still haven't got 2** by it so presumably it still might work - that'll teach me to do my own research in the future. I think it's a bit iffy now as has been unavailable at T's for too long in this area BUT am willing to be told differently.
Took hubby for his 3rd MRI this evening, over 20 miles away to the one I went to on the Bank Hols. He'd not been in this one before & they couldn't do his neck MRI as he had to cross his arms & they said he was touching the magnets so needed a bigger MRI machine, instead of the portable one at the hospital we visited.
I KNEW it was small as the top was just about 1" from my eyes but hubby was astonished by how small it was compared to the ones he'd had previously. He started feeling claustrophobic in there too & only got in a few feet before they decided it was too small for him. He is 6'3" and pretty large build especially around the shoulders.
It was either this one - no-one asked how large he was - within 3 weeks or wait until Nov/Dec for one at a nearer hospital. Obviously as he's getting FAR worse blacking out when coughing/sneezing he needed the soonest. Thankfully the lovely receptionist managed to get him a cancellation for this Friday so I suppose he's jumped the queue quite a bit by being sent initially to an unsuitable MRI machine.
I just hope they crack on with doing something quickly, the last MRI was about 4-5 months ago & he has to have injections in his back under MRI as he has 4 bad vertebrae and badly pinched nerves - we have hears nothing since he was passed onto someone else 3 months ago by the surgeon!
I want my hubby back, free from pain, not having to take controlled substances that knock him out & that they will only give a months supply - every month we have to revisit docs for another prescription, even though our doc has put on repeat someone at surgery decides that he has to have yet another visit before a repeat is granted. IF the hospitals pulled their fingers out he should have had surgery/injections well before now and would hopefully not need controlled drugs! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr0
