    Good Morning :)

Rang in work and told cook I am not going in :( pain still here but I could get out off bed this morning :T Pain seems to get worse when I do things . Am hoping pills help once they get into my system.

Feel guilty ringing in work don't like admitting defeat :(

Very sensible. A bit of rest will give you the chance to heal properly, no need to feel guilty at all.

Lovely and sunny here today after yesterday's rain but doesn't feel very warm. Anyone who is growing tomatoes outside, are you getting them ripe? We are with the tiny ones, but anything the size of a proper tomato is still stubbornly green. (TS probably no need to reply as the climate in the south of France is obviously very different :p )

    Morning mad squad,

I re-negotiated my sky last month - for the first time - 60% off any TV package + £100 credit :D

I keep getting emails with this offer, might bite just for the family package as we have phone and broadband for £5.35 in the wifes name.

So not bad for under £80 for the year, considering I was paying £93 a month for everything and hardly watched movies and sport

    Muller 75%
    Bread 78%
    Flora 78%
    Milk 81%
    Oat so simple 90%

So aside from popcorn which was a high % offer with a MOC floating around giving a profit, nothing is in imminent danger of selling out.

I ask you this, would you prefer no caps and nobody getting a crack at the popcorn ?

No caps we were quite happy as it was, no one ever said what a good idea if the offers were limited
As it is the weekend shoppers will get a reduced list of offers compared to midweek ones.

Yesterday I got the little Clinique set in the white mesh bag - can anyone remind me where this has come from - I feel that I ought to know but I don't :)

I found it now, a very nice freebie. I wonder if I also did the offer for my eldest, if not I now feel guilty, there have not been a lot of little freebies recently I need to do more searching for them.

My point was, if they couldn't cap it then perhaps some offers such as the popcorn would not make an appearance and i believe some is better than none.

The standard fare such as milk, bread etc isn't in danger of running out anytime soon. If it was i'd have more sympathy with everyone else who doesn't like the caps.

It was posted on the freebies threads and I think some may have picked it up there....but our own BB also posted it here so we didnt need to wander off...

I for once exercised control and didnt apply, but am wondering now if I should have.

good morning all.....I am now £675 poorer...but I do have my car back....

I guess the question is...shall I get a mystery fizz or do we think the best of it has been sent out?
my other option is the local coop thats closing in a couple of weeks seem to have a clearance on wines etc maybe I will take a look there too.

Good on you tweets for having a day of rest today....its probably what you need to give it all chance to heal.
