I'm in a right muddle at home. Mr TS's party in just over week. I can't cope with this cooking well heating up things and trying to get straight for it.

We are getting ready to take down DD2's high sleeper at 22 she wants a normal bed. :rotfl: So everything under it has to go.

She keeps getting rid of stuff from her room and I really should just let go but I've been finding room in mine. :o

Things like half used hairsprays. I use hairspray about twice a year but I can't stand waste and DD2 no longer uses any and DD3 says supermarket brands are not good enough. And she gets through loads.

Other stuff like nail varnishes, body sprays and unwanted perfumes. All been used some perfumes had gone off but majority are still ok. I only have myself to blame though from previous Xmas presents. :rotfl:

    Red wine mystery case

3 x first cape merlot (over priced)
    3 x tomaiolo
3 x Hardys stamp merlot (over priced)
    3 x lions gate

A boring case, not much mix, but was saved by the Tomaiolo at £13 a bottle, and the Lions at a tenner a bottle. Total for case = £112.40

Oh no ours haven't arrived yet but if yours are anything to go by I hope they don't turn up. Lions gate is normally £4.99 a bottle. I might take them up on their returns policy f they are carp!

Nooo!! Not a single good one M4RT1N? :( At this rate I will be getting my wine thief reputation back.

Might be worth ringing first to see if they give you discount if not as described at least 3 champagnes.

I would not drink what they sent to be honest. As i do like my champagne and prosecco even though i don't drink much these days

Ordered two more if they are a load of carp i will admit defeat :(

Price does not mean a nice tasting fizz had a bottle of crystal once was not impressed at all  expected the wow factor it did not wow me :o the only thing that was wow. Was the price once bitten as they say Had better tasting vintage bollinger.

As i don't drink often. When i do drink i prefer taste over quantity

There is a £60 naked wine voucher that is easy to obtain and I have had better deals with them to be honest. As there mixed 12 case of fizz is good quality and tastes very good not had a bad one yet :)

    Good morning :)

Just wanted to share my excitement about a picture I've ordered :) I've been looking a while now for a picture to go in our bedroom but hadn't found anything that felt right. So last week I spotted this picture in the Trafford Centre and fell in love with it immediately:

    RYDER_The_Rush_Hour_r1_zps3spd9nkb.jpg

What I love about this picture is the uncanny similarity to my fantasy perfect life that I've had in my mind for many years. I dream of living alone in a countryside cottage very similar to this, away from people and traffic, just me and my dog. The picture is by an artist called Ryder, who wishes to remain anonymous so that we judge the art without being influenced by the artist. He says this "My work was inspired by the need to escape from the sometimes harsh realities of this world." I also have this need and for me it's another reason I want this picture.

I know buying expensive art is not MSE but its something I've never done before and OH and I have come into some extra cash recently so why not? It just feels right :)

Lovely picture enjoy it Sometimes we just need to spend some money

I knew Evangelines pic reminded me of somewhere....I've been thinking about it all morning....its not in a picturesque setting as such...as its at the top of a very busy hill but as a child who used to visit the area on holiday it always seemed quite a mystical place

It reminds me of the cottage from The Holiday.
