Did you not go through this with your site manager ?

Yes I met the site manager in early stages and asked him to visit the site but he refused because of safety reason. That is my 1st house and my English is not that good to discuses every thing in details but I asked the site manager & TW in writing for a copies af all drawings but got nothing.

could you put some sleepers in half way down the slope and then have two flat areas in a tiered formation....

Oh and if that lawn has been turfed then i'm shocked..... looks more like its been seeded to me with all those bare patches.... either that or it was turfed 9 months ago and has been left to fester since...

It's very small garden as usual for new houses so no way to split it to 2 half. the turfed only 3 month old and it has holes as well

Learn for next time, and - in the meantime - get the landscapers in or live with it.
