Delay returning from holiday

Hi every1,
Am reading through many stories re delayed flights that seem to be always referring to delays departing for an holiday, or having to cancel the trip due to a delayed flight.
Am I still able to claim for a delay of over 5 hours for a journey back to G.B. after an holiday?

Don't know why there is no more detail....airline/date/delay & reasons for/departure airport/arrival airport.... start with Vauban's Guide then post on thread applicable to the airline you flew with.

Short answer is flight back has same rules as flight out, then ... as post 2.

Except that if holiday was outside the EU and airline is not based in the EU then outbound flight would be covered but not inbound one.

So so sorry for being months late. I completed and sent the template letter, then seemed to be at least 6 weeks passed without a reply.
I then noticed the EU62 (?) details to fill in, on one of the Easyjet web pages, so sent them a few details concerning the Malaga to Bristol flight and hey presto 800 euros into my account 3 weeks ago.
