  • I have tried both big brands and stores own, and IMO you can tell the difference in potency most of the time.
The best one I've come across so far is the Centrum Energy vitamins, however they are expensive as all get out so I don't use them anymore.
Thank you to those who recommended Healthspan, I just put in a big order with them (55 pounds worth).
They also do a customers discount of 2.25, plus another 3.00 off if you spend a min of 15.00.
After my order going through there was another offer that said:
"Give your friends and family a head start with £5 off their first Healthspan order.
And we’ll give you 20% off your next order to say thank you when they buy.
Please share your vouchers any way you like to give your friends and family £5 off."
And the link they provided me with is:
    https://healthspan.mention-me.com/m/ol/iqr-natasa-shepherd

Aaaand if you do a repeat order, you get a pound off each box starting with your second order.
So considering that their prices were competitive to start with and a good value and good quality, I am quite happy with the little extra deals.
P.S. Apologies if the link is not appropriate, do delete it.
  • If you know what you're deficient in you could target buy. Multivitamins are generally unneeded unless you have deficiencies, for example low iron that you're not going to fix through diet (one of my problems)
Picking myself up and trying to stay standing

they sayy supermarkets multi vits are cheaper and just as effective as branded ones

    Incorrect.

That's like saying Supermarket carrot are as good as local Farmer Fresh, organically grown carrots.

They are not. Not by a long shot.
  • What did you get in the end? Healthspan Gold vitamins is a staple of mine.
