Removed some programs the other night.
From the start menu, select 'Apps'. Type the first few letters of the program you want to uninstall. Right click it on the list, and there should a context option to uninstall. No need to go into control panel.0 -

If you installed fresh from a disc onto your Hard drive (less likely), then you will not be able to revert back, and will need to purchase a new Windows 7 license.
To uninstall a program please go to Windows Explorer, click on "This PC" on the left hand sidebar, and then there should be an option to uninstall a program on your top bar, as shown in this screenshot: (I am a new user and cannot yet post links, so please copy and paste this into your address bar in a new tab or window to view it)

From there select Google Chrome from the list, and then click on "Uninstall".
Google chrome will then be removed from your PC.
Ensure you have another browser installed that you can use, so that you can continue to access the internet.
I did install it from the pop up icon and not by disc.
So how do I get shot of Windows 10 and return to Windows 7?0 -
All Settings | Update & Security | Recovery. If the roll back option is still there you should see an option for Go back to Windows 7.0

Had mine behaved that way I'd have had no complaints but for reasons unknown it doesn't...0 -
Total harmony everything back to normal and running fine.
Goodbye Windows 10 I'm not gonna miss you EVER.:)0
