  • Hahahaha! It is simple, Pyxis! JM and I made a deal that we do not communicate until I manage to do something constructive! Anyone else, please feel free to join in with ignoring me. It is sad that I need to be treated like I am 5 but I am highly amused that it takes this to actually make me do something other than sit on the sofa.

*Goes back to making a rota and then actually doing the things on it so that I exist to JM again* :D

Right, I have done a teeny tiny amount of work (as in, about an hours worth spread over the last 4.5 hours). Am now finally going to have a shower... although the snow is really making me want to stay in my fleecy pjs!

Then I have to face the big job of the day, which I should have started hours ago. Where is the big fat boot of motivation when you need it?!

Morning guys, it's my birthday today, I'm old.. 45! I've knackered my lower back/hip on Fri and it's still so painful. I think it's from half a decade of no core ab muscle strength from all the surgeries and hernias. I'm going to go to the cinema tonight though with my bestie. I'm feeling really low though. This appointment with my surgeon on mon is weighing heavily on my mind, but I'm going to try and forget about things for a bit this eve . x
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

    It is snowing here.
Had hail at 7.10 (just as I was putting diesel in the car, typical :p ) and again around 9.00, the second one it was going sideways it was so windy and it had snow mixed in as well.

Calmed down a lot now though, there's even some sun.

Elsien, were you supposed to be in a meeting with me?!

I dragged my flu-ridden self to work as I had a meeting I really wanted to go to this morning, and noone turned up!

I'm now sat drinking double lemsip out my flask and rationing out my paracetamol until I can go home
