    Afternoon my lovelies,

Not a good today not sure why. Edgy and anxious.

A text this morning told me I had 13p in my bank account:eek: not sure how it let me take £5 out last night but it did as it seems that I was already overdrawn.

I have two things showing going out Monday as of course today is not a banking day. Managed to transfer some money and hope that I don't get charged!!!!

Lovely day and I in my dressing gown. Washed all the clothes I can fit in to last night and hung them out about midnight. Need to go and bring them in.

had a yummy lunch of poached eggs and bacon. Lost 4lbs this week. Will need to be a lot more to get me in to that dress LOL!!!

Hugs, handshakes and squishes for all. I will retreat to the fort and snuggle up with my toy dog Mr quick short for quick silver. He sleeps in my bed every night. Yes very sad I know.

    Yours

    Calley

I have been posh frock shopping.
I have a severe case of crowded shopping centre rage.
I do not have a dress.

  • Good evening all!

Well done on the weightloss, Calley! Four pounds in a week is brilliant!

Big hugs Melly, sorry to hear things are still bad. Give Froo a cuddle from me.

Shopping at the weekends is my worse nightmare, elsien. Even when I could do it, I hated it! Is there late night shopping where you live? I am basing this on London but shops in the city stayed open until 9-10pm at night on a Thursday and it was much easier to go then.

I shall be hiding in the fort today. I am having intrusive thoughts every few minutes. It is because I got myself worried about several things which I can do absolutely nothing about, but I managed to trigger psychosis. So now I am seeing moving shadows and the voices are yelling at me along with having memories of just about every bad thing that I think I have ever done. It's all my own fault, it's what happens if I get myself in a panic. It will pass.

OK, you're safe in here and I have a Monty Python boot ready to stamp on intrusive voices or thoughts. I'm sure Pyxis will be along shortly to show you what it looks like.

  • Whilst she still looks like a generic baby, one photo that might cheer up anyone having a bad day. Just think, things could be worse and you could have ended up dressed like this today!

Will be do glad when October 7th comes. Although, I'm hoping that today's headache is weather related.

    Hi, can I join in?

I'm a forum regular but only just found this thread. I'm Niki, I'm 30, and I have agoraphobia and severe anxiety/panic disorder. I can't go outside my house, and haven't for 4 months, but I am starting to try to get out again.

I don't really have any friends, I have a OH who is lovely and that's about it.
