Having exactly the same at the moment flybaby. Come and join me at the back of the fort and we can hide from all the outside people and things. I'll bring DA dog because he's mega stressed about fireworks and tradesmen.

Thanks for the squishes, I will be at the back of the fort on the beanbags with code.
Head is just not in the game at the moment and it is a struggle to even do the basics (wash, dress, eat) let alone contemplate the study. Not helped by the fact that the Uni administration is still woeful and having to phone and chase for every little thing is stressing me out and I am starting to think this is a mistake and it is going to be a waste of my money (not to do the study, but to do it with this organisation)

    HI all,

I still can't write the silly doctor's letter. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not used to saying my piece, or because he didn't understand or bother what's wrong so I feel like I'm writing to someone not on my side, or I don't feel it's my place to say, or what it is stopping me, but I still can't get the first words written :(

If you're all off to virtual vegas can I stay behind and sweep up with a broom? I don't want to go anywhere.

Maybe I'll have a bath and I might feel a bit better, putting off the letter again.

Flybaby most uni/study places have terrible admin departments. They're definitely not as shiny and organised as the pamphlets make the place look. I used to get on with a bit that I enjoyed to remind me I could understand things and forget about the organisey bit. It took me a lot of excusing myself when I wasn't up to it all and catching it when I was in the mood. But doing the thing in the first place is an achievement in itself :)
  • Passes cake into the fort.

I never knew myE/CFS would extend to my monthly, uterus currently feels twice it's normal size and is incredibly uncomfortable. Not happy about this discovery

I want to get into the fort! I do not want to spend the day in training about something I have no understanding of or interest in. Plus p cat peed on floor again, first time in months. Am hoping it's firework freaking out rather than anything more serious. Also text flute teacher yday to say I couldn't get there this evening and had no reply. Don't want to chase but will have to or it will look like I haven't turned up. Which is annoying as I told her last time I couldn't do 6pm anymore and she said she'd find a new time and get in touch.

    Right, will stop moaning!!
  • Piggles - I did a list of symptoms and what I thought caused them. Might be worth trying?

Tea - thats very frustrating. The cat could well be distressed (though I'd assume the flute teacher is disorganised rather than freaked out by fireworks...)
