I've not had a poor experience with MobileShop.com yet - although it's been a few years since I last used them - they were one of the pioneers of the cashback deal.

The key phrase here is 'a few years'. I can guarantee that if you were waiting for a cashback payment from january 2007 onwards you will experience long delays and get a stream of flimsy excuses about them having problems with their computers. This has affected nearly all their customers and raises suspicions about their financial stability. I would even venture to guess that they will now have the least number of returning customers in the history of mobile retailing.

Methinks you're being a little unfair on the guy. Yes, he has a website (and one that Martin has been happy to endorse), but does that mean that he has no right to post useful information on this site which doesn't benefit him without having his motives questioned?
