  • Not if you are in Aberdeen mate, that would be too silly for even someone on here to post.

I have just given you a "Thank You" Crashy, that's the way this board seems to operate, even though I did not like the post all that much.
In a crude way I agree with your sentiment :-)

But you are never going to get a debate going in here, so why not :)

You will get a debate going here, but the realities of a bankers bonus fuelled credit bubble with collusion from politicians preying on the pretty thick UK public won`t get an airing for long, not before it is shouting down with howls of abuse....:money:

Oh, I just saw what you did there...a Crude way...very funny.

People were incentivised to go along with lending practices and banking culture that was obviously unsustainable, and many bankers probably threw their bonus at London property, talk about sh*itting where you eat.....:rotfl:

Bankers bonus have nothing to do with mortgage lending.

Rather than pumping out propaganda, explain how mortgage lending in UK was unsustainable and people were incentivised to go along with it.

Why are bankers getting less bonus than they used to then, and why are there less bankers?

"Probably" = "it's a guess", and "many" = "enough to account for 0.1% of property sales".
I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.

So banks and bankers didn`t have a role in the property bubble then?
