Hi, i flew from London to Mexico with my partner 3 years ago. No delays prior to flying but we were held at the airport in Mexico for 4 hours waiting for luggage. It was 4 and a half hours before we managed to get out of the airport.

Did the 'plane land on time? Because the flight arrival time seems to be the key trigger for liability... and after all, the airline is not responsible for foreign baggage handlers.0
