I have just swapped my wrongly sent navy uggs with size 4 from zucci via interlink express. Once I'd managed to speak to someone at zucci they were very very helpful. They even rang me this morning with an estimated time for delivery which was appreciated. I left two messages on they're answerphone, emailed and rang one of their shops before I managed to get hold of someone. The girl on the phone was lovely each time she rang me. It would make such a huge difference if they were easier to get hold of.0

I got through straightaway. Just a shame about the so called delivery last Fri, which I can't blame them for.0

Nope, called all day yesterday and today, spoke to 2 shops both said someone would call back. They didn't.... The guy at one shop said if they havent come they have sold out as their live stock system is down. I said they had taken the card payment so he said 'oh well, they may be in stock then i will get the lady to call you back this morning' needless to say she didnt...gggrrrr
Still not too worried as i have ordered from them before, a lot and shop at one of their stores so i know they are legit...
Just have very, very unhappy feet atm they NEED their new UGGS lol!0 -
Cloggs emailed me at half 3 to say my Bailey Bombers have been despatched! Now I just need to wait for Royal Mail to deliver them. I've got my fingers crossed for Thursday!
Must go out and find some leather care products tomorrow! If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!0 -
My friend bought a pair of Uggs from Australian-Uggs.com. They were roughly £70ish incl postage. They tick all the boxes for what to check on for aunthenticity but can they really be the real thing at such a cheap price?? We e-mailed the company and asked why they weren't on the official list of stockists and they said its because they sell directly from the Ugg factory. All smells a bit iffy to me, how can we find out for definate if the boots are fake?? Thanks in advance0

Defo fake then- if they "sell directly from the factory" they would DEFINITELY be on the list of official retailers. Theay are talking complete.....
Rule of thumb is that if it has the word UGG in the url and is not the official UGG website, even if they look real, smell real and come with certificates that look real in a box that looks like and UGG box and a bag that looks like and UGG bag but the price appears to be too good to be true, chances are they are fake.Opinion Panel £50 Lightspeed: £40 Pigsback: £303 Valued Opinions: £365 Media Transfer: £32 Juicy Brains- £30 American Consumer Opinion: £16 Freebie Networks: £220 Cashback Sites: £1503.87 Competitions: £200 Total Cash Value: £2759.87 Last updated: April 20230 -
I did think they were fakes, are a very good copy though, stitching on one boot is only thing that lets them down. The e-mail I got back from company, plus the one she received when she queried them was quite amusing. My friends one had the sellers as being offended that we were accusing them of selling fake Uggs - the cheek of some people!!0

Hi there,
Myself and Spacerider (I believe - sorry if not!) have had issues with the bombers cracking.
I was advised to use a normal leather cream on them - but no difference.
Spacerider got a refund and I am in the process of trying to resolve this with Asos - but no reply as yet!
No-one else has had issues mentioned on here, so I am sure normal leather spray and then cream would be fine.

yes it was me and missed them today as it was raining. I emailed USC to see if they would sell them at the price I bought them for but they've stopped doing them too.
I never cleaned mine and it cracked not long after I had them but figured that's how they were. I must check with my daughter to see how hers are faring. USC never quibbled at all and didn't ask any questions which made me think they've had problems with it. Hope they don't give you the run around. Do you live near any of the austrailian ugg retail shops?0 -
Does anyone have the Ugg Orcas Wellies please? Are they worth the money and how was the sizing?
Many thanks if anyone can help x
I was naughty and bought the ugg wellingford wellies. They are quite roomy but I would wear socks with them anyway as wellies are quite cold. I got my normal size as they aren't going to give.0
