  • Arghhhh my sisters bought fake uggs from eBay!!! And she thinks they're real!! Bailey Buttons for £57!!

Deary me, TBH as long as she is happy with them and they wont fall off her feet after 3 wears then thats ok.
Personally i would rather pay more and know they are genuine - just for the quality aspect.

My 1st pair of UGGs have lasted me 3 winters now and are still going strong so wear for wear they worked out very cheap...or so i keep telling myself! lol
  • Its the fake uggs where they dont reinforce the heel that bother me.
I saw a girl in Bailey butons yesterday - obviously fake as the heel had collapsed and she was walking over the side of them. Not pretty.
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

While I'm here - can anyone tell me the best place (preferably a shop rather than online) that I can get a cleaning kit for my Uggs - do I need to splash out on theUgg one?
My wonderful baby daughter has kindlypuked up her milk all over them and I have nothing here to clean them with.

I just ordered the bombers! It was £153.
I went for the Royal Mail delivery rather than HDNL. Might take a day or two longer but at least I know if I am not in I can just pop to the post office to pick them up!

Hmmm, leather Uggs...do people buy a specific cream for them? Thought I read something??

    Hi there,
Myself and Spacerider (I believe - sorry if not!) have had issues with the bombers cracking.
I was advised to use a normal leather cream on them - but no difference.
Spacerider got a refund and I am in the process of trying to resolve this with Asos - but no reply as yet!
No-one else has had issues mentioned on here, so I am sure normal leather spray and then cream would be fine.

Does anyone have the Ugg Orcas Wellies please? Are they worth the money and how was the sizing?

Many thanks if anyone can help x
  • I finally got a reply from Asos (after 4 emails from me!)
They said I need to return the boots so they can decide if they have a manufacturing fault or if the fault is due to wear and tear!
I don't think they stock the boots anymore so not sure what will happen.
I will be very unhappy if they say this is down to wear and tear - just wish I had contacted them sooner.
Would love to know if anyone else has had this drying out/cracking problem?
    Thanks!
    :(
  • Hi all

Just a few thoughts on the Zucci situation. The customer service does seem to be a bit hit and miss. I had a slight problem with my internet order and couldn't work out whether the transaction had gone through or not. I was desperate to find out if it had, so the next day rang/ e mailed but couldn't get contact. However eventually I discovered these numbers, one of which was the shop. They sorted it all out and referred me to the manager who was very helpful and solved it all. I found all to be fine ONCE I had finally managed to contact them!!

    01978 363 666
    01978 365 192
    01978 363 666
    01978 365 192 (fax)

Hope everyone manages to get things sorted with Zucci.

But what about us who live abroad and because of the language barrier, aren't able to make a call or simply don't want to call because of the (calling) expenses...:(

Hi, can anyone help me with UGG sizing, as in.. if the boots have "6W" on the label inside, are they a 6 or a 4? Have just received a pair and they seem to be tiny..
