I ordered my tall chestnut Uggs on the 30th September and I still have no tracking number. The money was taken out of my account quite a few days ago now too:mad:

My short chestnuts arrived at 9am this morning :j and Im really pleased witht them! Despite some of the previous comments, I think they're really good quality. There are some areas of the stiching where you can see the lining (just about) but that is to be expected with this type of boot, and the chestnuts are fairly dark, so you will so the light lining.

Theyre so comfy too, I ordered a US7 and Im a UK5 and they fit perfect.. nice and snug with no heel slippage.
glad you got them, you wont want to take them off to go to bed :D
  • Ive had a right carry on with this lot, in one of my previous threads I bigged them up.
I ordered there new leather waterproof pair of uggs end of august. They took a month to arrive when then did the stiching had come away and they looked smaller than a previous pair. Without even trying them on I returned them costing me 17 quid. They finally sent me another pair and this time i've been charged 11 quid customs and they are not refunding me the 17 quid it cost me to return the faulty pair, they are also accusing me of trying on the damaged pair they've sent even thought quite clearly the stiching had come away just because I;ve requested a bigger pair. Had I not requested a bigger pair would they have still accused me or done a simple exchange???!!!
There is no contact with them other than email. Does anyone know what my rights are here with this lot?

Maybe the tall ones are in bigger demand? I know they were having some stock issues. All I can say is PM James, and he should get back to you. I sent a few emails and a PM and he got straight back to me with a tracking no, and even rang my landline to confirm this. Yours are prbably already on their way, but they just havent had chance to email you your tracking no.

Ety, if yours were in Cologne yesterday, you'll probs get them tomorrow. Im so tempted to order again now I have 5% off lol.

Does anyone have a working e mail address for aussiedirect (james or tenaya)
as the one I am using keeps coming back!!
The first pair I ordered were the short and the tracking number arrived within 2 days and they were here in about 6 days. I have ordered the tall ones and no word yet and I go away on the 21st so am worried already after reading some of the earlier posts.
also what does PM mean? is that phone? isn't that expensive? do you get straight through to someone who knows what you are talking about?
    thanks.
    Waddle you do eh?

  • Hi all,

Have been following this thread for the last few days as I want a pair of Uggs but refuse to pay the collosal prices here in Ireland! Im not sure whether to order from aussiedirect or not..have PM'd James and asked about duty to Ireland - is it free like to the UK at the moment or not...or can anyone else answer this for me, is there anyone on this from Ireland who has ordered them??

I already have a pair made by this company http://www.cantyleather.co.nz/Boots.htm so I'm hoping that the kiwi ones will be about the same. My Canterbury boots are amazing, the bottoms are almost bouncy and mould to your feet, they're so comfy, I've worn them in snow in Poland and they were fine. Also my mum had a pair too and 6 months after she bought them the stitching started to come apart so she phoned the shop in Australia and they organised for a new pair to be sent to her free of charge. And she got to keep the first pair. Really good quality and excellent service. Dont expect Deckers will care if their boots fall apart in a few months time

kiwi sheepskin , did you get yours?

    or did anyone else?

what are they like and did you get stung for custom charges?

    thanks
