They have a few email addresses, but some of them are currently inactive. The ones that work are: poynton@telpacific.com.au and orders@australiadirect.com

James from a-direct is a member on here, so when I referred to PM I meant private message (sorry.. should have explained myself)

I think when people first started ordering, a-direct didnt have a mad rush on like they do now, so thats why this time is longer. I ordered mine last Tuesday but didnt get my tracking number till this Tues.. so it took 7 days to despatch, and 2 days in transit. I think theyre really busy, so you just have to be patient :) You will have them by the 21st though, they're probs on their way now.

EDIT: Oh, and I got the Kiwi protector spray today, was only around £2.40 in Sainsburys.. bargain! Ive given them a coat, and will re-do them again in the week. I think its just as good as the expensive ones.

thanks for the e mail address and explanation of PM. I have sent a message via both and hopefully I will get a reply.
I think I will be lucky to get them by the 21st going on some of other delivery times they are currently taking 9 -10 days. Still, fingers crossed.
I should have ordered them straight away but was doing some research on other ugg types out there. I fancy the warmbats but they are hard to get hold of and the uk supplier is charging £139.00!
Waddle you do eh?

Size wise if you are a UK5 and have ordered the US7 you wont have a problem as they are a generous fit, I ordered mine from aussiedirect

I have ordered some short chestnut UGGS from Hartings. I had e-mailed them to ask them where their stock was manufactured and they said their most recent stock was from China, but they also get stock thats made in Australia and NZ.

I requested on my order specifications that they send me boots that are made in China. They have e-mailed me to confirm they will do this.

Given the choice I thought I may as well, as it seems the boots that are made in China are of a better quality.
