I tried to use the last 20% off code last week, and I had just joined. I got the same answer as you, and after emailing back and forth (with what look like automated replies) they eventually said that if I could send them a copy of the email that I had received the code in (I had already said it hadn't been emailed to me) they would see what they could do about getting me a code. By this time the Uggs I wanted had gone back up in price anyway so I had missed my bargain. It has really put me off ASOS, especially as this has happened for you with this new code0 -

You won't be disappointed I love my Emus, I am tempted by UGGs but worried they wouldn't be as good as my Emus, lol.

Just had the following / same reply
Thank you for your email
Unfortunately codes that are provided by online sources and not by Asos are often invalid. Whilst we occasionally have problems with codes that we supply to our customers, we cannot authenticate discounts that we have not directly issued.
If we sent you this code directly please confirm and I can look into the matter further
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards

Are these genuine please?? They only have size 6 but look good.

They do look ok but who's to know that the boots they send are the same as the pic? They aren't on the official stockist list.

Also was just looking at the MandMdirect site. Are these real as they aren't on the official stockist list either.0 -
MandMdirect are a great site and do stock geniune bargains. i have been using this site for years now especially for the kids, also if you use quidco you will get further discount, and if you do a search of some of the forums here you may find a free P&P code.skintbint x

They definitely do look more like the bronze, but that site (and a few others i found) call them metallic gold
I like the pewter too, haven't seen them in a while though, will post if i see some though:D:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

M&M are definitely genuine uggs. They just buy up old stock from other places, so thats probably why they aren't official stockists.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

I've never heard of them but there's been a few deals from getthelabel posted over on HUKD so they must be ok. They're the gold boots i have btw:D
ETA: just looked at that site, and it seems they're a subsidiary of JD Sports. There's a good selection of ugg boots on there well, but very limited sizes.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
