I origionally posted this on the other uGg thread but think it may be more appropriate here.
Right I've been a long time user of this site just not posted. Now being male i know nothing about uGg boots apart from my wife would like some. Had a look in shops and price varied from £160-190 for Suede ones that looked like they would last about 5 minutes in our wet climate. So after a frank discussion where I said I didn't think they were worth the money she talked herself out of them.
Now had i been sensible I should of walked away there and spent the money on something useful like beer or wine however christmas is coming and she would really like a pair. I found some sturdy leather uGg boots called kensington look decent in "toast" which i believe is Brown to us male members. Then the problem hard to get hold of and £250 in shops here or £225 on e-bay. Again not paying that I thought after much searching and trying all sorts to get them at the best priceI found Nordstrum I'm a newbie so can't post the link but google should find it easily for you. The boots were a very reasonable £123 when added to the basket and with shipping and pre pay of import duty and vat worked out £192 delivered and duty paid. Now theres a £50 pound saving already.
Luckily have a bit of spare cash so spoke to some friends told them about the site and they liked the boots so rather than order one pair have ordered 4 pairs for just under £600 now that works out at £150 a pair which is a £100 saving. even if you only want one pair the other ones will sell on e-bay for £200-£225 buy 4 sell 3 and you've got your set free?
Anyway thanks for reading if you find them cheaper please don't let me know i'll be upset lol but only for a short while

Are you using it on an existing account (eg one that's not new, one you've used to order before)? Because this code is for newbies only, so set up a new email address and use it to then create a new ASOS account and voila, the WELCOMENOV09 code should work fine for you. HTH; it did for me. :D

I've just setup a new account on ASOS with a brand new email address, and the code still won't work for me :(

    It says:

    The following errors have occured:
the discount code "WELCOMENOV09" has already been used and is no longer valid

Which is a shame, so Ive emailed them to enquire why... hopefully they might give me a code which works?

I've wanted a pair of Uggs for ages but couldn't justify the expense, so made do with Emus. But ordered a black short pair from Shudoo for £120 and they have just arrived. I'm very happy!
