I think UGGS ( Or all the styles I have) are the size they say on them. Its said to get a size smaller than your usual size but i personally dont find that to be true.

I agree i am a uk5 and buy the same size in uggs and therye a perfect fit :T

Me too. I'm usually a uk6, and my first pair of uggs was the pewter metallic and I got a us 7. These are a bit small and now have a 'toe' mark. My next were the leopard, and I got a us 8 and they are much better, although I have really thick sheepskin insoles in them. I have just got the bronzy coloured metallics also in a us 8 and they are the same as the leopard ones. All are genuine uggs. I'm glad other people have found this as I thought I was strange!!!!

I tried on a US9 in Uggs(Classic) & they 'slopped' at the back so I tried on a US8 & they were way too small-my big toe was pressing hard against the top & I fear that if I got that size, my toe would eventually poke through! Now I have no idea what size to get!

Is anyone aware of uggaustralian-uk.com
It's not listed on the 'UGG' retailer list and there are a few glitches on the site that make me doubt it somewhat. That said, a family member has a pair of cardy's and they seem (to my untrained eye) legitimate enough.

They have advertised the boot as an ugg classic tall....it is an ugg classic tall as far as it is an ugg style in the tall design, they havent advertised the boot you are actually buying as ugg australia boot.

They also say on the product information 'manufactured by ugg australia' the genuine boots are actually manufactured by 'deckers outdoor corporation' so again they have not advertised the actual item you are buying incorrectly.

I hope this info helps you and hope you get your money back, as you have fallen victim to a scam. This site also runs under the url australia-uggsuk.com
