I have some new tall black classics but the dye comes off terribly. My feet are black after wearing them and it even stains my thumbs pulling them up. They're genuine UGG's. Is this normal? There will always be:
A “LIE” in BELIEVE, an “OVER” in LOVER, an “END” in FRIEND, an “US” in TRUST , and an “IF” in LIFE

Hi there,
I purchased the tall black baroque classics from mandmdirect. I also got very badly dyed feet so have just sent them back! I am hoping for a refund as when I called them the representative she didn't seem to think that there would be a problem.
I am gutted as they were a real bargain, but it happened all 3 times I wore them and didn't seem to be getting any better!

My wife ordered some Uggs from www.uggsaustraliauk.com last night.
I did a search and found that they were selling fakes, I sent two messages (10 minutes after placing the order) asking them to cancel the order.
I have received a message just now saying the order has been shipped and can't now be cancelled.
I've done some research and apparently I can claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act and the Misrepresentation Act (ie. they claim the boots are manufactured by Ugg Australia and use the official Ugg logo on the website but they are actually fakes).
Can anyone add any other advice?
Sorry you have fallen victim, its awful how people are being caught by this site, their advertising using the Ugg australia logo and photos is very sneaky, they have set up their site with the deliberate intention of misleading people and in a way that makes it quite difficult for the site to be shut down. I am not sure you can claim under section 75 but there is probably another section misleading sales fall under and your card issuer or paypal should give you some type of protection. The reason section 75 may not apply is based on the following...
as an example I've taken the info for classic tall boots,
product detail from ugg australia genuine site UGG® Australia's Classic Tall boot for women features lavish twin-faced sheepskin for the utmost comfort. Precision craftsmanship is evident in the Classic Tall's reinforced heel and raw seams. Wrapped in a taller upper for supreme comfort, it can be worn folded down for a different look and accent.
from this dodgy site UGG Classic Tall boot for women features lavish twin-faced sheepskin for the utmost comfort. They have advertised the boot as an ugg classic tall....it is an ugg classic tall as far as it is an ugg style in the tall design, they havent advertised the boot you are actually buying as ugg australia boot.
They also say on the product information 'manufactured by ugg australia' the genuine boots are actually manufactured by 'deckers outdoor corporation' so again they have not advertised the actual item you are buying incorrectly.
I hope this info helps you and hope you get your money back, as you have fallen victim to a scam. This site also runs under the url australia-uggsuk.com0 -
quick question:
I need some insoles for my old (vintage??!) Uggs- I have seen stores like Tescos sell 'wool' insoles, only to read on the packet they are syntethic and not real sheeps wool.
I called the Ugg stores in the UK who told me yes they will get the insoles in....in December.
I need real wool insoles! Does anyone know where I can get them? prefrably Ugg ones as then I wont have to worry so much about cutting them to size. If I wait till December, I'll be wearing fitflops till then and its a tad cold outside right now...[/QUO
I bought real 100% pure wool insoles from LIDL this morn for £0.99, various sizes too, no cutting involved.:D0 -

Hi, I've spoken to Branch 309 and they told me they only stock uk half sizes, thus the great prices they charge. I am a size uk 7, ordered and tried there uk 6 half, thinking there would be give, but know luck too tight, and of course their uk 7 half too big. Guess that's whats know as sods law. Great prices for kids though. Were yours foam sole or rubber ?0 -
Can anyone confirm if ugg-mall.com sells genuine uggs, they seem very cheap to me and you now what they say.... If it sounds too good to be true it probably is....
The website won't allow me to post the link as i'm a new user??
I know people have brought from them in the past but I still have that feeling and how can they make a profit from selling at these prices??0 -

Wow, just read the T&C's on one of the fake sites mentioned above - 15% restocking fees?? WTH? Why would anyone order anything from anywhere with restocking fees? Please people, read before you buy. And if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.0

Don't know if these are the cheapest but £90 looks a good deal to me:

Topcashback are doing 10% cashback on shudoo too:

That would make them £81 - anyone better that?0
