I've found some of the tall ones on the USC website for £60, but I'm not sure they'll go over my fat calves!!! lol

thought i'd found some cheap on Asos then I realised they were for kids

I would love a pair of tall sheepskin boots. I'm not even bothered what brand, but I very much doubt any boot will go over my calf. I had to buy my other boots from Duo (they sell wide calf boots, but no sheepskin ones) and they're great, but more 'dressy'. I want something to live in through the winter. Wearing my Just Sheepskin ones now. Cozy! Just spotted them on the USC website in the sale at £45.

When asking for a discount on a display shoe, its pointless trying unless you find a defect on the shoe- eg different sizes, marks or colour difference. No store is going to discount a pair just because they have been looked at by more then a few people. Plus many stores will actually swap over expensive boots like Uggs so that any damage is minimal (-if any) and for the exact reason that people here are posting about: so they don't have to give discounts. But if you can find a fault, you could be quids in, though most stores wont go below 10% unless things are really bad (image rips!) when it may rise to 30%.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Just had my replacement uggs from Shudoo, I ordered a size too big to start with. These are shocking quality. There are lots of pulls over 1 boot and very frayed button holes, the knit looks really dull compared to the pair that came that were too big.

The sole is completely different as well, Ugg experts can you tell me if this is old or new stock. The last pair had lots of suns as a pattern, this pair has Uggs written in the middle with just rays going out from the name in a circle, then long pointy spikes going to the edge of the boot again as a circle.

I have called Shudoo to say they are coming back, but if these are old I don't want another pair the same as the size now is right, the whole stock could be like it.

Rubbish description sorry, but I think the Ugg experts on here will know what I mean hopefully!
  • found some uggs on ebay for £85 buy it now, think this is probably too good to be true, fairly new seller, and has various different sizes and colours, pics of each different pair with box and certificate and a couple of positive feedbacks from people who've bought them, but guess it really is too good to be true?

FAKE!! Dont touch with a barge pole.

Yes the soles have changed in order to try to deter the fakers for a while. But there will be old stock still in shops with the old style sole.

  • Another question

Have just bought some (hopefully) genuine Uggs, I've seen on other sites that you should get a care book with them - mine didn't. Does anyone know if you should or not?

From memory i'm sure mine came with a care book.

This sounds like the sole of my new uggs, so I'd imagine they are new stock. Surprised to hear the quality is so bad, would be interesting to know if they give you any kind of explanation for the quality being so bad.

Jubilee1, all my uggs have come with a care leaflet. Where did you buy yours from?

Surprised to hear such bad quality Uggs from Shudoo. Usually their standards are excellent. When I got my cardi Uggs from them last week there was no care booklet.

    Should I be concerned?
