Thanks for replying. I paid £85 for the short boots, so I didn't think that was ridiculously cheap. It looks like I'm getting charged at customs now - so annoyed abvout this as it doesn't say anywhere on amazon that the boots are coming from China. Can't really do anything until I get them I suppose. I wonder if I return them I will get the customs charge back? This is turning into a nightmare shuold have just ordred them from ASOS when I saw them!0

Asos have added new uggs to their outlet. You can get classic talls in two colours for £105. Pretty much all sizes.
Ultra tall in chocolate. Most sizes. £120
Ultra tall two colours available. Most sizes. £122
I would post links but as a new user am not allowed.
Go to the outlet and search for uggs0 -
I ordered my black Cardy yesterday and I got it today. So impressed with the service! Used the promo code which gives you 5 % off. I love them, so comfy!
I used Cloggs.0 -
I MUST stop looking at Uggs:eek:
Anyone else loving the Bailey button ones:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

You will not get customs charges refunded, the company are never responsible for these charges rarely places like ebay sellers may offer to pay if you get charged but more often than not they are playing the system by putting low value/gift on the declaration so the chances of being charged are lower unless customs do full checks on the packages so they have little chance of actually having to do so.
I would check the boots very carefully, and if you return them make sure they are fully tracked, looking at the sellers feedback there is a high possibility the boots are fake, just general comments about the quality i noticed they have replied to poor feedback with a mobile contact number for the UK this may mean the boots are being drop shipped from China, so the seller doesnt actually have them in hand nor deal with the delivery process they also have a few comments where people have had problems with their items and the seller is a bit defensive. Ugg Australia boots are made in China, under a license and supplied to genuine stockists, if they are sent direct from China in this type of situation going by the history of this thread usually means they are fake. Fingers crossed for you they are ok. Hope this info helps.0 -
Has anyone purchased Ugg boots from Xile? Do they sell genuine Ugg Australia?0

Uggs come up big- I am a size 7, I have them in size 5.
If you can, try them on instore- each to their own, some prefer them big and baggy, others like them fitted- I have owned mine for about 4 years now, they do expand in time so if you know you don't have the money to buy a new pair every year, get them fitted and they will grow with you.0
