Oh, good god. Bloomin Direct sell only counterfeit UGG products, please search the forums for the company name and you'll see page after page of posts from people who have been ripped off by these villains.

In the long run if you do this then you can buy genuine Uggs that last a very long time. I saved and bought a pair nearly 3 years ago and they are still going strong.

Has anyone seen the Sundance style anywhere? I'm after those, or if not Nightfall but I can't find that style on any of the genuine websites....I have resorted to checking ebay, but it's such a minefield..... have been looking at this seller, what does everyone think?

They all supply Ugg Australia boots. They are the same supply company, based in china. They just have different trading websites. The plus point is that the boots seem genuine. However, after I received my boots from buyalltimes.com, the right boot was faulty. The sheepskin insole wasn't fitted properly at the toe end. It was very uncomfortable as it was all bumpy. This was stitched down, so impossible to correct. The websites state 100% quality guarantee and easy and enjoyable exchange and refund policy. Yeh right! I have sent and received about 10 emails from them now. They refuse to refund my money unless I pay for the shipping costs. They won't offer a replacement pair as they want photographic evidence of the fault. I don't know how I am supposed to provide this if is inside the shoe!!!!?? They had the cheek to offer me $15 coupon, keep the faulty pair and buy a new pair off their site!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS AND DO NOT HONOUR THEIR PROMISES.
