If they're the wrong size from either AJZboardwear or Shoe Envy, does anyone know which co are easy to deal with for returns or refunds? Shoe Envy seem to have a 10 days from 'despatch' T&C which is against trading regulations, which is from receipt. I've had so many fights with online retailers, I just don't want another one.

Alternatively the Uggs on https://www.uggbootshop.com.au are under £100 +
presuming about £20 customs duties - still cheaper (although the return if wrong size is a problem).

Btw is it true that they all feel too small at the toe when you first put them on, but later fit you? (how do you know then when they ARE too small).

These are not genuine "UGG Australia" brand hence they are cheaper

  • Sarah!

I just bought a pair of high stingers in chestnut from shoe-envy for my partner. And they are great!
The company is listed on the emu list of uk retailers!
Free delivery by courier too!!(took 2 days)

I'd just like to say also.I think the stingers are a far better boot than the uGg australia. They seem better made and more robust!(also my partner prefered the sole). They are also wider fitting than uggs, and look wider.I ordered her Uk shoe size which is 5,and they fit perfectly
I did buy some stingers from amazon. But something just wasn't right about them!
One of the boots was a different sheepskin from the other and much lighter than the ones i got from shoe-envy.And the lining was very thin!
They also had a russell and bromiley sticker on the side.So don't know what was going on there.
Needless to say they went back!

Anyway. My partner was thrilled with the stingers from shoe-envy as they were a total surprise when she came home from work!

    Aren't i a nice chap!!?! (I think i'm on a promise tonight!!)

thank you for this! i got them from shoe envy in the end, they ended up being a bit more expensive than the ones i had originally ordered (but they no longer had the size i needed, grr) but i'm wearing them now and they fit perfectly and are veeery comfortable, i'm thrilled!

thanks for your help everyone. and i have never had uGgs so i can't compare but i would recommend stingers to everyone!

Can anyone tell me if THIS on the ASOS site are actually stingers or not?? Judging by the price they are, but they say Merino wool and then they say sheepskin lining. I emailed ASOS and they said they are 'as described' on their webpage, which wasn't entirely helpful!
