  • i don;t think it would cost that much to send them back to oz - now where do i stand with listing them on ebay as genuine?

I think they are most likely seconds or fakes? but dont know if I can really be bothered to send them back and buy real ones as it will cost basically 200 pounds in total which is a bit ott for a pair of uggs! may just keep them!!! whats everyone else doing? or may phone them and ask for a free pair seeing as these aren't quite what i was expecting!! :(

Let us know how you get on.

    Ok, so here goes....

Genuine uggs have r's on the soles by the ugg embelem
Genuine uggs have a flushed line on the sole
Also the label is in a non bold font

So at this moment in time the only hookie thing is the inside label...

i am gonna read on and come back in a bit!!!

  • think it would cost about £12 to return the boots to oz - would rather be down £20 than pay £80+ for fakes if they are fakes at all who knows?
  • hartings of NZ have this picture of real soles no r in circle on them?

    http://www.hartings.co.nz/UGG_classic_short_sand.htm

    no thick line either:confused:

Although I was trying to convince myself in an earlier post I agree with you and think if I am not happy with them with they arrive tomorrow I may go down the route of returning them if it only costs about £12.

    Thanks

The card that's included checks out.....

The ugg wording on the bottom of the soles is raised - that checks out 2!!!

    It's only the label really!!
  • I think I will return them too and ask for a replacement that has been made in China with all the correct lables and some decent stitching!
