I placed my order with Puddlebeach last Sunday and the boots arrived this Monday, so a total of six working days for me. I placed another order with them today too.

Lucky you :D I take it you were very pleased with your purchase? I can't wait to get mine it does seem to be taking forever though...I just want to try on my cosy lovely boots ;)

I've just treated myself to a new pair of dark brown uggs from Shudoo using the new code.

Now here's the dilemma... I've got my old chestnut pair which have been worn to death, so much so, that the sheepskin lining on the sole has worn away. The tops of the boots are marked so what should I do with them....?

Do they go to Ugg heaven or shall I try & dye them & get replacement insoles?

Has anyone ever recieved genuine Ugg's from the above site? I know a few people who have used the site and they have been unable to get a hold of anyone on their 'customer service' line its apparently been down for the last few days

The prices seems too good to be true and some of the links on the site are dead-i personally wouldn't take the risk!

I would mention the label as the kids have the smaller label. Have you thought about using auctiva, you would only pay for one photo the others are then free on the listing designer? It must cost you a fair bit to list those. But no I cant see why they arent selling, although I firmly believe people see fakes selling for less and dont actually know they are fakes hence they think yours are expensive and dont pay!

Do they, what the white one inside? I did not take any notice of the label in the ones I tried on.

Yes, already using Auctiva but the listing fee for the boots is £2. I am reluctant to bother again, I just feel that eBay don't give a monkeys as they still get their sellers fees either way. The thing is, it is not that they are not selling the highest bidder is just not paying for the damn things. I've had this happen twice now.
  • Hi All,

Has anyone had any dealings with musthaveugg.com........1: are they genuine....2: if you have dealt with them what were your experiences.....My other half has ordered from there and i am not convinced. They do not seem to like responding to correspondence either.
    Thank you

  • I ordered UGG boots from Shudoo using a code from this site. When they arrived (Tall chestnut) I did not feel the quality was as good as in the shops. The sheepskin did not feel as thick, particularly in the soles, and the stitching was not as good. I thought I was being paranoid but even my husband could see the difference. I am not saying they are fake but like other people on here I did not feel comfortable with them and sent them back. Shudoo do not do free returns so it cost me £8.25 to send them back special delivery. I have found this site very helpful and just wanted to share my experience. I bought the boots from USC in the end and am very pleased with them and feel the quality does not compare.

    Hi, s_q

Yes, I received a confirmation email shortly after ordering, then an 'item dispatched' email the following day.

Send them an email, they should be able to confirm if your order has been received or not.

I've never ordered from them before, so I don't really know what their 'normal' turnaround time is for sending out their confirmation emails. I did pay for my order via PayPal, don't know if that would of made a difference to the speed of confirmation as opposed to paying with credit card??

    Thanks Craig for the info.

I contacted puddlebeach via their real-time help operator who confirmed my order and resupplied my order no. Very impressed with their customer service so far.

How many times have we been asked this question recently? I appreciate not everyone is computer literate and able to recognise a dodgy website so here are a few pointers which will hopefully prevent you being fraudulently parted from your hard-earned cash, and not just when buying Ugg boots!

    ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS
perform the following checks on any website you are unfamiliar with before even thinking of buying anything ....
    • Is there a contact address? - ditch any website that uses only a webform/email as means of contact.
    • Is there a landline telephone number? - avoid any website that either doesn't provide a phone number or only a mobile number. Also beware of premium rate numbers.
    • Is the site secure? - check for the presence of the locked padlock sign or https:// (with additionals S) at the start of the address in the url bar above.
    • Is the site registered in the UK? - use a "whois" search facility such as http://www.whois-search.com/ to check the registration details of the website for country of origin, name/address registered and most importantly at this time of the year - the date the site was registered!

If a site suddenly pops up selling all the top designer gear, and has recently been registered, advertising lots of stock with promises of delivery in time for Christmas then it's likely to be a scam, so STEER CLEAR!!!

    Yuan Chen

If you find that the registrant of any wesite is listed as this person then please do not touch the site with a bargepole!!!!

This man is a con artist operating hundreds of illicit websites selling counterfeit products and has a number of websites already registered specifically using the word UGG in the url. Any website you come across using the word ugg MUST be checked.

    CHECK IT OUT BEFORE BUYING!!!!
