After much indecision I have ordered a pair of these today and at £55 inc delivery for the short UGGs it seems excellent value for money, it also states-
"A leading exporter, the company is the recipient of a number of government awards and has for many years been a preferred manufacturer for Deckers Outdoor Corporation - owners of the UGG® Australia brand. "
I'll update once received, he he can't wait!!!:j
Does anybody know if they do these canterbury sheepskin boots in a UK 3, I decided to get some of these today but they don't seem to go small enough0 -

I have been told by cc company to try and get this verified by a shop and then they can take it further.
It's awful that you have received such a bad service from this company & it's inexcusable.
You say that these are fakes & the CC want you to get a shop to confirm this.
I'm not defending the company in any way as bad service is not acceptable but it does say on the bottom of their website
DISCLAIMER: We are not affiliated with the American company Deckers Outdoor Corporation and we don't sell their products. Unlike many other on-line retailers, we don't sell products that are made in China. Please don't confuse our products with the Deckers "UGG Australia" brand. All the products in our range are made in Australia from the finest Australian sheepskin by Australian manufacturers.
If you go into a shop & ask for verification of these being genuine or fake Uggs then you will probably be told that they are not Genuine Deckers Uggs, but then the company never claimed them to be. But the site are certainly selling genuine Uggs.
I wanted to point his out as your claim with your CC might not be as straight cut as it could be if you had fake Deckers Uggs to authenticate.0 -
omg I have just received my ugg boots from uggstore.com.au they are definitely not the real ones, I new I would get caught
can I ask please who have bought of this company, it says email them before you send item back did you do this and how long before they reply? I need my refund to be able to order another pair for my daughter she wont be having a lot for xmas so would love the genuine ones for her. and what site is the best for me to use for the genuine ones please. thank you all.
Hi Lizzy
I've had a look at the site you purchased your boots from.
You quote they are not real. Real what!? I'm having a guess that you mean the Deckers ones that are made in China, the ones with the uGg label that everyone seems to want?
No these are not the Deckers ones but they are real Uggs.
Ugg is a generic term for a particular stlye of sheepskin boot!Ugg does not mean a boot made by an American co in China. If it did then people would not keep getting tripped up!
I hope you manage to get your refund in time for you to purchase a pair of the Deckers ones for Christmas. I know how important it is for getting it right for the kids. I've got 6 of them!0 -

I knew they were not Deckers Uggs, Originally when I ordered I was meant to get the Uggs that state ugg on eal (heel?) without the capital G in the middle. I got so called Emu stingers, which I have just had 2 pairs of from Amazon uk and the ones from Amazon are far superior quality, different tags, different soles etc.
So frustrating. What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -

Crikey!
It sounds like you have some inferior quality Emus there. What on earth were the company thinking of sending you those when they don't advertise they sell Emu's. Very odd indeed!!!
I have Emus & they are lovely. Really good quality boots.
I hope you manage to get things sorted out soon.0 -

It does look like these only come in UK size 4-8
Looks like they only do adult sizes & consider no adults feet to be smaller than a 4.
Nice boots!0 -

I think somebody stated earlier in this thread that they had received fake emus from somewhere...I wouldnt even want to think about trying to find the post thou. But you can get counterfeit goods from china of most brands so its so easily possible.
This may seem like a silly question but they are labelled as stingers and not bronte? The reason i ask is the bronte emu is a lower quality than the stinger. If they are labelled stinger then it sounds like they could be fake.0 -
I got my EMUs from here

I love them had them the best part of a year and hardly any wear on the soles and they're hardly off me feet
Was looking into ordering uGgs but think ill stick with my EMUs least I know there comfy and free deliveryLove is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,

I have the Emu Bronte Hip Button Boots & they are gorgeous. They remind me of a duffle coat with the toggles on. They look great with a short skirt & thick tights as much as they do with slim jeans tucked in them.
Fantastic quality & very comfy.
I got them a few weeks back when Amazon co uk when they were about £50 delivered.
You mentioning the wear on the sole. I noticed on my Ugg Cardys after just a few wears that the sole is wearing already. Not sure if all Deckers wear quickly as it the only pair of that Brand that I own.
I have 2 pairs of the Ultimate Spilled wool from Kiwi sheepskins. These are my favorite. The pair that I wore all last winter through till this spring have no wear on the sole at all. I even wore them on the beach on the pebbles walking the dog for weeks. I have not worn the second pair of yet, they are in Sand & would show the marks very easily so will keep them for 'best'.
The bearpaw ones I bought from TK Maxx earlier this year have been worn a fair bit but they do have a split in the side of the sole where the boot creases. The sole iteslf is hardly worn. They are quite used looking though. I don't think they stayed smart for very long. These are now my slippers. I love wearing them with my pj's tucked in.
I love Uggs.0 -
