  • I too have had an aweful experience from uggstore.com.au. I agreed to an invoice of c60 pounds and was shocked to see 75 pounds plus on my credit card statement. I raised the issue with the store and after several e-mails they pointed to a small terms and conditions section stating all invoices are taken in AUD. I said this was not made clear but they don't seem to care. THEN, the boots arrived and were terrible quality, stained, stitching incomplete etc. /i returned them and after weeks of chasing finally agreed on a refund BUT, the joke is they have only refunded the cost of the boots in AUD and no outward or return postage which I have paid so I am 26 quid out of pocket. Their customer services is a joke and I have found them to be horrendous!! Can anyone tell me how to take this complaint further i am sick of e-mailing and waiting days for another fobb off e-mail from them??

I have emailed 5 times in last week without reply. I have ust taken order of Emu's from Amazon and they are of superior quality compared to the Ugg store ones, which confirms my suspicions they are fakes.
I have been told by cc company to try and get this verified by a shop and then they can take it further.

My 12 year old would like a pair of short ugg style boots, manmade materials (animal friendly)

The thread is so long, does anyone know where to buy these at a reasonable price.

    Thanks

The size 4 will be junior size 4, they dont make Ugg Australia boots in the classics in a toddler size 4, they start at a size 6. So Cages edit to his post is 100% correct. :D
    thanks:-)
and just to confirm, 'junior size 4' is adult size 4, same isn't it, just toddlers that are different?
  • Am having so much trouble finding black cardy uggs in stock (in a size UK5- although maybe you have to downsize a bit so they fit OK, in which case I would probably need a UK4)

Can anyone shed any light?! :) Thanks.

Thats correct. As long as your looking at UK sizes thats fine.

This part if just for reference...

US sizes you go 2 down for UK. i.e US 6 = UK 4

US kids sizes you go 1 down for UK. US 4 = UK 3

You should look at the last 5 or 6 posts with Mookie and I debating what UGG's are.

You have bought UGG's but not the Deckers version, so you have indeed bought real ones, just not the Deckers I expect you were hoping to receive. Look at their disclaimer at the bottom of their page.

Same here, no replies after 5 emails spreading over 10 days, I am going to sort this out through cc company.
