  • Nooooo!!

After two days of owning my UGGs, I've ruined them :(
There's a big wet patch on one side on one of my boots and even after a few hours, it's black (the boots are chocolate)! There is a LOT of water on them :(

Please help, I care too much about my UGGs :o

Sounds like the Ugg cleaning kit is what you need Julia.

My other half got a few snow stains on her Sand Ugg's but she used the Ugg cleaner, brush and stone and they came up like new, you would never have known there was a stain there. You also get a stain repellant spray with the kit too.

Other folks on here my have other idea's but I only have first hand experience with the Ugg kit and it works a treat.

Thats what I think with the size you see on shudoo website. As their kids size starts at a kids 7. So it does look like the sequence is one out. If you look at their toddler size chart, the large size is a size 4-6 kids. So you wouldnt think that the kids size 4 would be toddler, if you see what I mean, so it does look like their sequence is out like you say. I would give them a quick call to confirm.

I may be wrong, but I'm sure I've read in many places that the kids Ugg's are that little bit smaller in height than the adult Ugg's. Someone would have to confirm for me.

** Edit *** Just found this on their site.
**PLEASE NOTE- SIZES 9-13 ARE TODDLER SIZES, 1-4 ARE LARGER SIZES**

So according to that, the size 4 would be fine.

The kids short boots in a size 4 are the same height as womens I have had both and put them side by side. The talls are about an inch shorter I have never had tall kids for this reason.

The size 4 will be junior size 4, they dont make Ugg Australia boots in the classics in a toddler size 4, they start at a size 6. So Cages edit to his post is 100% correct. :D

I tried to order some black cardy boots for my daughter - in - law today but Shudoo are now completely out of stock of them.

Does anyone know if they are expecting fresh stocks while the discount code's still valid? I don't know whether to hang on in the hope they get more cardy boots in or just get the short Uggs in black. At £139 they are £20 more than the cardy boots but that goes down to £16 more with the 20% discount. I don't mind the extra cost, but I'm not very clued up on fashion at my age!!

My own daughter will be delighted with her black classic tall Uggs because she's been drooling over them in shops, but I want my daughter - in - law's to be a surprise so don't want to ask her. I mean, I know she will love Uggs, but PLEASE can someone advise me if the short Uggs will be a hit?

She's 36 soon and very fashion conscious. I'm sure black is the right colour as it does go with everything but should I hang on for the cardy boots or just go for the short Uggs?????????

    Ok thanks, panic over!! :o
Where can I get the UGG cleaner from? I've been meaning to get the stain repellant and cleaner anyway. Can anyone recommend any other good cleaners?

Shudoo sell the care kit - I've just received mine today:

I don't know what shops sell the cleaner - Schuh or Office might be worth contacting. It definitely works - when I got my niece her pink boots in NYC last year I bought some given how light a pink they were. Well that and she's only 11 so a bit accident prone! She managed to get a few water marks on them but my sister used the cleaner on them and they came up like new. So it's well worth investing in.

The kit is good as it has a protector as well. I previously used a Clarks shoe protector and it was fine, but I'd never wear them out without using a protector first, just in case it rains.

I was just about to buy one off Shudoo, and had a quick look about and I found it cheaper. Cloggs have it on pre order, but they say delivery is on or before 5th Dec which is not too long away.

    £19.95 delivered! :j http://www.cloggs.co.uk/invt/5762

    Avoid uggstore.com.au
I ordered 2 pairs Tall Uggs. I actually got 2 pairs of Emu stingers which I am told are fakes. I have emailed Ugg store 6 times without reply.
At the checkout I confirmed payment £150 inc delievry, but my card as actually been charged £173, my credit card company is now dealing with this.
Thought I would post my bad experiance incase anyone was going to order from these thieves.

 I too have had an aweful experience from uggstore.com.au. I agreed to an invoice of c60 pounds and was shocked to see 75 pounds plus on my credit card statement. I raised the issue with the store and after several e-mails they pointed to a small terms and conditions section stating all invoices are taken in AUD. I said this was not made clear but they don't seem to care. THEN, the boots arrived and were terrible quality, stained, stitching incomplete etc. /i returned them and after weeks of chasing finally agreed on a refund BUT, the joke is they have only refunded the cost of the boots in AUD and no outward or return postage which I have paid so I am 26 quid out of pocket. Their customer services is a joke and I have found them to be horrendous!! Can anyone tell me how to take this complaint further i am sick of e-mailing and waiting days for another fobb off e-mail from them??
