For slippers I would recommend this site they sell their boots in Office and they are just as nice quality as Uggs with a nice selection of slippers and they offer free delivery.

I got a brochure in the post and was admiring the slippers ;)

  • Just back from TKMaxx in Clydebank (Scotland) and they had 3 pairs of UGG tall classic (I think) Chestnut in W7 size for £150. Haven't a clue if this is a good price.

If they're real then that's really good. I got mine from Schuh with 10% student discount and it came to about £152.

  • Hi
I ordered a pair of short chestnut Uggs from Schuh they cost £139.99 but when they arrived the fur inside is literally like fur not woolly sheepskin I have them in tall chestnut and in tall chocolate but they are plush thick woolly sheepskin ( from ugg direct)
does this seem odd?? they have come in the original ugg box with the usual care card. am I being paranoid I don't know whether to return them or not.
    Any advice!!

When you say fur do you mean they look soft like teddy bear fur? If so my new grey ones and even some chestnut ones I got last year were softer compared to ones I had in years before this. But the wool still feels roughish when i rub it not soft like fake fur. I would imagine that wool being from an animal is like leather it has natural differences its nothing to worry about.
