Anyone with black cardy uggs?
Just wondering should they have a black or grey UGG label on the heel?
I've had a look online at the official site and it looks grey to me but just wondered if someone can confirm.0 -

So effectively you are paying £4 to try them on but if you can save £30 by buying elsewhere then it has to be worth trying them on than getting them wrong.
I know that is not exactly the right way to go about it but it is hard to tell without trying stuff on. Does that make sense??
asos don't do free returns, unless they have sent wrong item or its faulty. so unfortunately it would cost the £4 postage plus about £8 to send them back fully insured by special delivery.0 -

In fact, if I remember rightly, last year some people were saying that a strong chemical smell was an indication that they were fake boots but I'm not sure whether that has ever been established. Certainly none of my own boots have ever smelled of chemicals, just the usual sheepskin/leathery type smell.
Maybe your OH has a faulty sense of smell
Yes, I remember that, but it was established that it is the Dye Deckers use. I did find a few posts online from people who had 100% genuine Uggs from reputable sources that had the same problem, they all say the smell fades after a few weeks. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions in the meantime.
Just out of interest, anyone who ordered classic talls recently. What colour is the embossed writing on your care booklet?0 -

Oh dear Lord, Ugg season is back again, I bought 4 pairs last year and now want more more more! I'm never going to have any cash! Ok, now I'm after a pair of tall black Uggs, where is the best right now? Lots of the old reliable sites seem to have stopped shipping over here
and I really don't want to pay £170. A reliable ebayer I know has them for £140 but I'm being stingy (credit crunch!!) and am trying to get them for less, any tips?
Becky x
PS. As for the chemical smell, be careful, that's a strong sign of a fake!0 -
Just ordered from USC, not a bad price and at least I can take them back if any probs. I've fallen in love with the coat on the UGG Australia website but it's $2300!! lol! ( lol0

Hello,
I'm considering getting a pair of Uggs from Hansen.com.
Just to clarify on previous posts - I'm a UK 5.5, so could I get away with kid's US7?
I don't want to order them and receive a pair of teeny tiny boots, though my cat would be well trendy.DEBT FREE! Sep '08/£9,800 in Oct '06 :beer:0
