Hartings were the ones that everyone was buying from about a month ago and so they sold out. So, unless anything else has happened they should be OK. However, everywhere else that has sold out be it here or in the US has said it is February before they get new stock (usually the start of a new fashion selling season) so it might be worth dropping them an email to check. Anything over £100 spent on CC should be covered if you get fakes. Someone else will verify this for me though.
  • Just had a thought though, I have an empty box if you want that........ SURPRISE!!! LMAO at the thought of your kids faces on Xmas morning. Anyone else got a spare box???? Or many that is just the meanie in me, LOL!!

Blue Monkey that is so cruel!!!!!! I'm glad at Christmas I've only got one child - its expensive enough with him!!! If I'd have wanted UGG's when I was younger they'd have been for Christmas and Birthday - for the next 5 years!!!!!
  • siowalker.... you ASKED them what they want??? They asked YOU what they wanted. Oh no, that spoils Xmas day as it is not a surprise when you open the presnts. That is setting yourself up for trouble IMO!! LOL!! Mine get whatever Father Xmas brings them and then if they are *desperate* for something else then they'll get money (from someone who could not be bothered to go Xmas shopping!) to buy it after Xmas.

they have wrote a very detailed list to santa and the first thing on it was in capitals TALL SAND uggs, bless, just incase santa got it wrong!! ha ha :rotfl: And as for the wii, my partner has been going on and on about one for long enough, he doesnt have a clue iv got one tho!! If i cant get them i will wait until after the year and buy from wang. You should get commision from him :rotfl: His sales have probably doubled since you mentioned him!! lol

LOL, you have to be cruel to be kind!!

I did laugh about the long and detailed list though. Did they actually specify that they had to be Austalian Uggs.... you could fob them off with cheap Market Boots and ask them to be more specific next time, how on earth does Santa know what they are......

Yep, I am with you though jillybobs, if I had put that on my list I still would not have got them. I think Santa spoils kids way too much these days!! I remember getting (oh my god) the entire Duran Duran collection in 1984 - on tape!! Remember those. I had them in my walkman (OK, cheap personal stereo, we didn't do the name thing back in those days!) on my paper round. Those were the days........ I do remember though how 'everyone' offfered to 'chip in to buy me a decent one' for Xmas one year (I think I was 25 so not exactly a teenager) and when it broke I took it back to Argos but they did not have one to exchange it for so they offered me a refund................ which was £9.99. I was fuming, I've never really been into the family thing to be honest and it was even less from that moment forward (you see, there was NO way I was ever getting Uggs!) but £9.99 between all of them.... I was gobsmacked!!! Now stop laughing!!
  • hi, does anyone know how genuine taylorshoes is? I've emailed them and they said they will be getting a limited number of chocolate and chestnut uggs in early to mid december, they are going to email me when they come in, i have relatives in U.S.A so can have them sent there for free but wanted to make sure they were the real deal first, not worth the saving on postage if they not real, hope someone can help, thanks :-)

Just bought a pair of boots from Costco today - not UGG's, but called Tall Sheirling Boots - and genuine Australian sheepskin - they are FAB - so Cozy - and fantastic bargain at £27. Well worth a look, but they were flying off the shelves, so be quick! Smallest size is 4 though!

I bought some of those a couple of months ago. They are really good but mine have started going a bit dodgy on the ankle (its like I'm walking over on them). I have worn them everyday for about two months and still wear them to take my son to school!!! Definately worth the money!! As I wore them so much, Father Christmas has got me some Deckers Uggs! I'll still wear my Costco ones for school runs though. I love Costco!!!!

Costco have a really good guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your goods, and think they should have lasted longer than they did, then they will refund your money - no quibble at all. You can't go wrong.

That is so funny about your walkman!!!! I remember winning a cheap one on holiday at Pontins. I used to listen to it doing my paper round on my roller boots!!! Kids probably wear Ugg's to do their paper rounds in these days!!!! The kids on my avenue play out in theirs!!!!! Shocking!!!
