I bought some UGG's from them a few weeks ago ( delivered within a week on their airmail option - no problems ) I then placed another order with them last week and have still not had a tracking number nor a reply to the 2 e mails that I have sent them. I have just checked their website and noticed that the size that I ordered is now not showing so am wondering if they have gone out of stock and they are just messing me around till they get them back in stock ( also noticed that the shipping options have been changed too so airmail is no longer an option ). I shall be really cross if they mess me around with this order as they are supposed to be a surprise birthday pressie for my DD. I have also recommended them to 2 of my friends
Glad someone else is struggling with AD-I don't feel alone at least. I hav sent another email today asking for info - you may be right about the lack of stock but if so, they should at least tell you. I am paying for airmail delivery and sent in my order on 12th October - 12 days ago - still no tracking number!0 -
So, have finally bit the bullet and ordered a pair of chestnut shorts from REI. As advised by Mookie I signed up for their newsletter and promptly received a 15% off voucher which I used against my order. The bill came to 161.99 USD with 18.01 USD saving and 60 USD air shipping. At today's exchange rates this equates to £79! Compared to a friend who bought some from Schuh for £140 I am very pleased! I will let you all know what they are like when they arrive! Thanks for all the info......
According to Daisy, REI charge $60 for Air shipping.
If the shipping actually only comes to $39, they are pocketing over a tenner in postage costs alone..........very sneaky.0 -

You dont have to talk to me like i'm dumb using bold quotes, if you check their website shipping for items under $100 is $33 so in fact they paid more for the shipping.
A larger more valueable item is going to cost more I ordered kids sizes which are $90 Daisy has ordered adult boots for $120 plus she still got them cheaper than elsewhere with the 15% offer.
Considering they were delivered in under 3 working days, came in a decent cardboard box over the UGG box with no damage and are without a doubt genuine i'm happy with the service I got from there and I'm sure Daisy will be too.0 -
Has anyone an idea of how long it takes REI to process an order? I know they are quick once the boots have been shipped but what about from the time the order is placed to letting you know it's been sent?0

Just had an email from Deckers regarding the differences between the kids and adults boots:
"the differences between women’s and kids the women’s boots will be roughly 2 inches tall than the children’s, also the kids boots are slightly wider than the women’s as they are designed on a boy’s width which is a C. I hope this helps!"
I hope the 2 inches shorter thing isn't right. Mookie can you compare the adults short and kids ones? Or possibly measure the height of the kids chestnut ones?

I have just purchased ugg boots from a New Zealand company that sells the Emu Australia ugg brand. I got my boots in 8 days and didn't get charged any duty. The boots are way cheaper than the Ugg Australia brand and excellent quality too.0
