I was delayed on a Thomas cook flight back in 2012 by approx 12 hours, we were all taken from the airport and given hotel accommodation while we waited.
I am now trying to claim however Thomas Cook are saying the flight was only delayed 2 hours! the company I am using are asking to provide the flight was delayed, but I just dont know how to do that, can anybody give me a idea of how to proceed
The flight was 12/07/2012 Enfidha Airport to Manchester Thomas cook

you should start here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5173888
although flightstats does not record the time, if you put the flight number (TCX2429 into one of the NWNF sites it does confirm that you should have a claim for €400)
what company are you using?0 -
