Complaining to Vodafone

Can anyone give me some tips on how to complain to Vodafone about my bills.

When I renewed my contract I was offered a new phone, 200 anytime/any network minutes and 500 texts for £30 which I took up.

For some reason though, I kept on getting charged for the text messages, as they would apply the free text bundle for one month only. I would have to phone up most months to get the charges refunded and to get the text bundle put back on.
Having looked even more closely though at a few previous bills, even though they refunded me money, they haven't done it right and I'm still owed more than they refunded.

If it was an isolated incident, I could ignore it, but it happened at least 5 months in a row and one time it put me over my overdraft so I got charged £20 by my bank to add insult to injury.

Am I better off emailing my annoyance or sending them a letter and what should I say in any correspondence?

Thanks in advance.

Whenever I have had problems with my provider I contact customer services - I prefer by fax. If no joy to my satisfaction (and you have to have a happy medium) I goto the coporate site and find the executive offices contact details and either email, fax or voice call them outlining the problem. Remember to always be polite and calm. It has always worked for me - with very good results :D

Me being lazy it would be so much easier for me to email than use any other method.

I wonder if they will apologise and offer me a decent deal to stay with them because I really do feel like my time has been wasted a lot and I only have 2 more weeks of my contract left now. I have never written a letter/email of complaint before though and am not sure where to start.

I don't want to sound over moany but I want to get my point across clearly and concisely.

Write a letter to them stating whats been going on, say you have been kindly refunded for someof the charges, but i have not been refunded correctly, and ask them to look into it.

Send the letter signed for , so you know they received it and you have proof you sent it.

Also if you can't be bothered to "write a letter", just type a letter, print it out and then post it, same as an e-mail really.

    good luck.
