    nonsense. if you block the seller as a buyer (the OP may not even sell on ebay), then the chances of them going to the lengths to use another account to buy something that the OP is selling to sabotage her account are very minimal indeed.

    standing up to sellers like this and their terrible behavior, is much more important.
