KLM / BA flight sale / UK to Rio de Janeiro

Hola
Just booked return tickets in November for Manchester to Rio de Janeiro with KLM for £360, as part of their sale.
Thinking this is a good price and might book tickets for mid 2016 as well - but KLM sale ends Tuesday.
Should I buy tickets now in the KLM sale? I know BA have just had a flight sale, when do you expect they will have another? What would the fare be in the BA sale for Manchester to Rio?
Thanks

You might just as well ask how much money you will have in your account then.0

As Voyager2002 says, there is no accurate way to answer your question, though I would think that BA fares would be unlikely to go much below £360, even in a sale. They are currently selling Rio for around £600 return in economy for November.
The below link is to a blog that tracks BA sales.

blimey some good fares for KLM but all from Manchester so no good for me as way down south"If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane"0

taxes alone on a BA flight via LHR are £386 in economy!
United Kingdom Air Passengers Duty (GB) £71.00
United Kingdom Passenger Service Charge (UB) £31.68
BA YQ surcharge (YQ) £226.00
United Kingdom Passenger Service Charge (UB) £33.40
Brazil Embarkation Fee (BR) £24.00
not sure whether they reduce the YQ in a sale0 -

The prices are similar from any UK airport... just have to connect at Amsterdam.
Have a look and see if any flights suit you.
I've just booked for April... return flights to Manchester... £360.
The flights are actually better than the BA equivalents... taking into account time of day of departure and return, connection time, arrival times, total journey time.0 -

..........and the biggest benefit of all ....... avoiding Heathrow!0 -
Btw KLm are "sardineing" their B777 aircraft, previously they were 3-3-3 seating and they are going to 3-4-3 seating with a narrower seat and less shoulder room.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
