Some good photos but a few tweaks might help.
First, its a bathroom, get a nice soap dispenser, towel racks for both and nice matching towels. Get rid of the carpet in the downstairs loo.
Kitchen, remove the stuff from the gap in the cupboards.
Study, really I would get rid of the bookshelf and the stuff shoved on top, i would keep the unit but only have the whicker storage bins and nice things in the other alcoves, eg photos, unfussy ornaments, or even the car thats in the window. However what I would really like to do is put a single bed in there, this will attract families more, but also says to people that it is big enough for an office.
Its a nice home with a nice sized garden for a new build,0 -
Looking at sold prices within a 1/4 of a mile for 3 bed properties there have been some recent sales a bit cheaper than your asking price.
June 2015 - £151,000

street view doesn't help, looks like a goldfish bowl and is that a road/pathway right out the front of your home?
You'll find a lot of people drive by before they arrange to view so kerb appeal a must!0 -
