new roof: future loft conversion and solar panels

Any advice.
We moved into our house two years ago. I have noticed that the roof tiles in some places are cracked or moved(though not leaking but i can see light between tiles in the loft). The house is ex council house and was built end of 40s. The roof has not been replaced since, but neighbouring houses have.
I am looking in the next year or two saving enough money to have roof replaced. However would like in the future to convert loft and get solar panels.
The advice I am looking for is how to future proof the roof renovation. Since I will be doing roof first, unsure whether it will be loft conversion or solar panels second and thirs over several years. I am looking for any guides on does and don'ts, i.e should i put skylights in when roof is being fitted and would this save money in short/long term, will this effect solar panels.

Personally I would do it all together. Unless you convert all of it, there is likely to be some damage to your 'new' roof. It needs to be laid as a compliant roof for a conversion.

Even then, you're likely to need steels at some point which may end up causing damage to the new roof to get them in. Not the end of the world, but I prefer to spend money once.
