POPLA decision - any advice please

    it is binding on the operator under the BPA CoP

    plus a court would throw it out if the popla decision was used for the defence anyway

    debt collectors are irrelevant but as BPA members they can also be reported should it go further, as can the PPC

    consider it closed and add the decision to the POPLA DECISIONS thread, for posterity
