Help being badly ripped off by Llods TSB car insurance

I am horrified at how much I'm paying and tried to cancel the policy.I was told that since I have claimed on it I must pay the full yearly amount. Does anybody have any knowledge of this kind of thing please?

Stay with them for this year and to soften the blow at renewal go through an insurer through Quidco and get up to £140 cash back.
