Hello, I've recently claimed against Goldfish, now Barclays. They've offered £300 based on the last few statements from 6 years ago when I last had a balance. This isn't reflective of the whole time I had the card, it was used for monthly shopping and extra. I can provide a few more statements to 2007. Is there anything else I can do to raise the offer?0

Evidence of payment is important. They are required to average the redress over the period if it can be shown that you were paying PPI on a regular basis in the months that can be proven.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
